About my Services

How long is a session?

One session lasts about an hour. You remain normally clothed the whole time, so comfortable clothes are advantageous. We usually start the session sitting in a chair, then you may lie down on the couch for the treatment.

What is the cost of a session?

The cost for the one-hour treatment is $130.00. You may pay cash or with Interac after the session. The treatment is not covered by provincial health insurance.

How many sessions will I need?

The short answer is - I don't know. Sometimes one session is all it takes to resolve a problem. But often it takes several sessions to address all aspects of an issue. Your healing path is individual, but after each session, you decide for yourself if you want to sign up for another session and treat yourself to feeling good!

What I don’t do

I do not prescribe medications, diagnose diseases or alter your doctor's treatment plan. In addition, I cannot perform magic or read the future or tell you what decision is right.

But I can help to manage the stress in your system

When stress is managed and the body and mind are balanced, you will regain your power and that’s when healing becomes possible. As a result of this process, you can begin to make your own decisions, perhaps you’ll feel you don't need a certain drug anymore, you have relief from pain or mental health issues or maybe return to sleeping well again.

Caution: Feeling good is addictive!

Everyone has a backpack that they carry with them, that's normal. It only gets problematic when it becomes too heavy.

How do I know when to seek treatment?

Imagine your desk. On it files that are not quite finished being processed. None of this is a problem; you are on top of the situation and can plan and act. You have the situation under control. But if, for some reason, more and more work is added, files begin to pile up, and you can no longer cope with the work, then you are no longer in control of the situation. Instead of actively creating, you have to react. You lose control and your productivity is down. You are overwhelmed by the situation and your system collapses.

The process is similar with your "personal" desk - your mind and your body. Everyone has a backpack that they carry with them, that's normal. It only becomes problematic when it becomes too heavy. This is signalled by the body in its own way– you lose track of things, you may feel overwhelmed, you are in pain, you don't sleep well anymore or things are going downhill psychologically.

These could be signals that it's time to clean up. Often, however, it's not the top pile of files that weighs you down the most. In this case, it makes sense to start with the most serious files. Fortunately, other piles of files are often cleared at the same time, so that they no longer stress you out. How far you need to go to tidy up your "personal" desk is up to you. You decide for yourself when you are back in your comfort zone.

After that, many of my clients come to me regularly in the spirit of self-care to maintain their health. Just as one might regularly have a haircut, massage appointment, or dental hygiene session, many clients treat themselves to a session in support of their holistic health.

Ask yourself - what are your health and well-being worth to you?
